Bone Augmentation
for Dental Implants
Bone augmentation for dental implants:
Patient had missing lateral incisor (22). Teeth had drifted, leaving insufficient space to restore the tooth. Additionally, the width of the bone was insufficient to place a dental implant.
Orthodontic treatment was performed to create space for the tooth, followed by bone augmentation to increase the width of the bone. The bone graft was harvested intraorally from the patient’s chin region.
